Trendyol Took My Payment but Never Confirmed My Order or Issued a Refund
On September 11, I attempted to place an order on Trendyol, and although the payment was deducted from my card, the order was never confirmed. It has now been three months, and the problem remains unresolved. I reach out to Trendyol Assistant daily, and they always respond with, “Your refund has been processed.” After multiple discussions with my bank, they have confirmed that no refund has been processed. I find myself caught in a dilemma, with no obvious way forward. It's surprising that a prominent platform struggles to fix a straightforward payment problem for such an extended period. I require a straightforward explanation regarding the status of my funds and anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter. This experience has completely broken my confidence in Trendyol.
