My Trendyol Order Still Not Delivered or Refund Processed


I ordered a product from Trendyol on May 21, 2024, with an expected delivery date of May 24, 2024. The product was shipped on May 21, 2024. On May 29, 2024, I contacted Trendyol, and on May 30, 2024, I called them again. They informed me that they initiated the return process on May 29, 2024, and I would need to wait three days for resolution. I can't return the product, I can't receive the product, and they are telling me to wait three days. Since the invoice has been issued to the company, I cannot create a return invoice. I am frustrated and request that my complaint be resolved and my inconvenience addressed immediately.
