First, Trendyol canceled my order without even calling me. Even though I updated my address for the order, I was first told that the address change was made. Then, they claimed to have left the package at the original location. When I asked where they left it, they repeated the initial response. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told I couldn't because the order was canceled. Then, when I insisted on speaking to someone responsible, they ended the conversation without resolving the issue. I've never encountered a company with such uncoordinated and uninformed employees. There is no coordination, no solutions, just a bunch of memorized responses. This is an app you should definitely avoid.
