Dear Trendyol Team, I registered on Trendyol, but since my foreign phone number was not accepted by the system, I used my brother's number during the registration process. On May 9, I ordered two products from Trendyol. Although the product descriptions stated that the items would be shipped the same day, they were only dispatched on May 13 and 14. When the coffee machine was delivered, we were not at home. The delivery person said that the package could not be redelivered the same day. However, the Trendyol cargo tracking system showed that the item was indeed out for delivery again on that same day. The next day, when we asked the courier at what time the delivery would arrive, he responded: “I don’t know. You’ll receive your package when it’s your turn. Just stay at home.” In other words, we were expected to wait at home the entire day — as if we had no other responsibilities or work. Despite repeatedly asking, the courier refused to provide even an approximate time of arrival. Because of this, we updated the delivery address to another apartment in the same city where we were home all day — but no one ever came, and the package was not delivered. Another issue involves my second order — a smartphone. This product was also shipped late, despite the “same-day shipping” promise. Since then, I have been unable to track the shipment. I haven’t received any calls or notifications, and the tracking system does not work. I have no idea where my package is, which courier company is delivering it, or how I could request a return — the system displays an error. I have paid for these products, but I have not received any of them. I kindly ask you to urgently look into and resolve these issues.
