I've arranged my work around you since morning, and you haven't even bothered to come to my door. I tried to create a new return request for the product from the address, but it didn't work. I contacted the Trendyol assistant, and guess what they said. They said they've noted the return request for the product, but the resolution time for this request was 3 days. Oh, and apparently, the result could also be a rejection, in which case I would have to take all those products and deliver them to the branch myself. I continued the conversation with the Trendyol assistant a bit more, it's as if they've sworn not to value customer satisfaction. They say, "they can't come to your address when it's busy."
