Trendyol Sent the Wrong Product and Rejected My Return Request

The return of the product with delivery number 9064413770 that I bought from Trendyol was rejected by the store. A different brand than the one in the picture was sent and it was sent later than the date I was supposed to use it. While it looked like it would be delivered to the cargo on Wednesday, it was delivered on Thursday. Naturally, it didn't arrive on Friday. It was delivered on Saturday. It didn't work for me. They said there was a deformation in the box, but that's what the box looked like to me anyway. I just opened it, thinking that maybe the product inside was the brand in the image, they put it in a different box. Unfortunately, the completely wrong product was sent. I didn't think about it and tell the seller it was the wrong product so that he wouldn't be penalized, but I made a mistake. I never accept returns for products you do not use. Let the product be tested and examined. I added the correspondence, the deformed box I received, and the wrong brand, all to the images.
