Trendyol Does Not Refund My Money Giving Contradictory Explanations

They are not refunding my product, and each customer representative I speak to gives me different information. I requested the return of the DualSense 5 console I bought on Trendyol, both because the package was damaged and because the product was fake. When I didn't receive the return, I created a request on August 26th, and they said they would respond within 2 business days. When I called on the 29th, I was told that I would be informed later that day. On August 30th, the promised 2 days suddenly increased to 21 days for review. Then I contacted the seller. The seller told me that the package had not arrived, but according to the tracking panel, it had arrived and even moved to the review section. Every customer representative I call constantly avoids resolving my request, giving evasive answers that only drag out the process. Live support doesn't even read what I write; they just go through template responses like a robot.

The company doesn't even respond to the complaint here. They are putting me off every day. It's really starting to get on my nerves now.
