Trendyol Did Not Deliver the Order I Paid For




Trendyol charges for undelivered items, making arbitrary agreements, and expecting compliance. My money is currently held hostage, and the product is nowhere in sight. I'm ready to take this matter to court. Initially, they claimed the product was delivered to my door, but upon inspection, it was nowhere to be found. When I questioned this, they said they returned the product to the restaurant as it hadn't been taken to the address. Please process my refund promptly. I'm reaching out to you because your platform seemed capable of addressing such grievances. I'll attach the necessary documents below. I vow never to place an order through Trendyol again due to this communication breakdown. There's no accountability. They didn't even provide me with the courier's contact information. I offered to pay an extra delivery fee, but they refused. What would you suggest in such a situation?
