I purchased a pair of DKNY shoes from the seller 'Gurur Tekstil' on Trendyol under delivery number 9422937046. I wore the shoes only 3–4 times, but the soles melted and became deformed. I sent them back for a return, but the company rejected it. The DKNY-branded shoes I bought, trusting Trendyol, turned out to be low quality and possibly fake.
