Trendyol Sent Wrong Item Instead of Guess Sneakers and Refused My Return Request




Two weeks ago, I ordered Guess sneakers from Ecanta through Trendyol, paying ₺3774. To my surprise, instead of the Guess sneakers I ordered, I received an unbranded, low-quality boot in size 40 that I would never have chosen. I immediately contacted Trendyol’s live support, explained the situation, provided photos as proof, and requested a return. Despite all this, Trendyol rejected my return request and sent the boots back to me. I am beyond upset by the lack of accountability in handling this mix-up. I trusted Trendyol to provide reliable service, especially when it comes to high-value orders, but this experience has left me feeling let down. I just want the item I paid for or a full refund.
