Trendyol Delayed My Refund After I Returned Elle Flats

I returned the Elle brand flats I purchased with my Trendyol order number 10491764277 because the size didn’t fit, but I haven’t received my refund for about a month. During this time, I contacted Trendyol customer service 5–6 times and received different information each time. In my first call, I was told that the shoes had been sent to the wrong company, were now at the Trendyol warehouse, and would be delivered to the correct company for a refund. I was given the Aras Kargo tracking number 5684563209698 and told to call again if the refund wasn’t processed. I waited, but no refund came. When I called back, I was told the shoes would be returned to me and I would need to resend them to the company. I agreed, but the shoes never arrived. In later calls, I was told that the shoes had been lost and that I should pursue legal action if necessary. At this point, I have neither the product nor my refund. I paid with my credit card and have been left financially and emotionally distressed. I request an immediate refund and an apology for the inconvenience and the system failures that caused this situation.
