Trendyol Took My Money but Did Not Deliver the Shoes I Ordered

I bought shoes from a company called 'Akkuşoğlu Ayakkabı', based in Isparta, which sells through Trendyol, using my bank card with the order number 9912780062. Although it has been over a week since the invoice was issued, no transaction regarding the shoes is visible and the shipping information is not updated. When the company is investigated, it is seen that the company victimized the customer and did not send the shoes for which they received their money, thus engaging in illegal transactions using unfair profit. When I reached out to Trendyol regarding a refund, they stated that they could not do anything about the suspicious company. Trendyol is destroying its reputation by protecting companies that are obviously engaged in suspicious transactions. As a customer, I would like to inform you that I will file a complaint with the legal authorities regarding both 'Akkuşoğlu Ayakkabı' and Trendyol because the product was not sent and my money was withheld in return for the purchase I made by sending from my account.
