Touché Privé Has Not Shipped My Order After 15 Days And Won’t Respond
On April 26, I placed an order through the Touché Privé website for a dress and a shirt. For order number 989532, I paid approximately $39. However, even after 15 days, the products have still not been shipped, and there has been no progress or update regarding the order status.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times through different communication channels. Whenever I call their phone numbers, I receive an automated message saying they cannot answer due to high call volume. When I contact them through WhatsApp and Instagram, I only receive automated AI responses and cannot reach a real representative who can provide clear information or help resolve the issue.
Because of this unacceptable delay and lack of customer support, I am requesting the cancellation of order number 989532 and a full refund of the amount I paid.
I also expect the company to respond to my complaint and resolve the process promptly. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and continue pursuing the matter until a proper resolution is reached.
