Free Fire Permanent Ban Issue for Altering Game Code on Prime 3 Account

I have been playing Free Fire on my Android phone for over six months and my account is currently at Prime 3 level. On 16 October 2026 my account was suddenly suspended with a message stating that there were abnormal activities and that my account was permanently banned for “Altering game code”. At the time of the suspension I was only playing the game normally. I later realised that a friend had applied a proxy server mod while using my device, and when I wanted to remove it my account was already suspended. I have never personally intended to cheat, use illegal mods or alter the game code in any way. Because of this ban I have lost access to an account that I have been using for a long time and on which I have made in‑game progress and purchases, even though I do not remember the exact amount spent. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be reviewed in detail, the misunderstanding about “Altering game code” be reconsidered and my account be unsuspended so that I can continue playing fairly on my existing account.
