Touché Privé Delayed My Order and Did Not Refund After Return

To the Management of Touché Privé, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your online store, which has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Your website states that shipping takes 3 days, yet my order arrived nearly a week later. I contacted customer service to cancel the order and request a refund before delivery, but I received no response, and the products were still sent to my home. After receiving them, I submitted a return request through your website, but again there was no proper response; only after persistent follow-up did I receive a return number by email. I handed the products over to the courier as instructed, but 25 days have now passed and no refund has been issued, despite your claim that refunds are processed within 14 days. On top of this, the quality of the products was extremely poor and did not justify their high prices. Unfortunately, this experience will not be repeated, and I will not recommend your brand to others. Thank you for this disappointing customer service, which will only drive away loyal customers.
