Touché Privé's Return Process and Customer Support Was A Big Disappointment

I bought two dresses from Touché Privé, but I wanted to return both because I didn't like them. The return request section on the website is incredibly poor, with an incredibly incomplete interface. I requested support when I filed a return, but after numerous messages, I only received a response within 2-3 days. Somehow, I sent the returned item back to Touché Privé. Now I can't track the status of my return, and despite repeated messages requesting information, I still can't reach them. They never answer their phone. And dozens of people have filed complaints because they haven't received their refunds. Yes, there is a legal waiting period, but this brand hasn't returned any refunds despite the legal waiting period. I urgently need to inform all those who paid for them, and I demand a refund for both items!
