Touché Privé Did Not Refund My 3 Shirts and 3 Dresses Return

On July 17, I returned order #824406, which included three shirts and three dresses I had purchased from Touché Privé, via Aras Kargo. Despite the total purchase amount of ₺8,695, I have not yet received my refund. Since the beginning of the return process, I have not received any update or notification. I have called the customer service number multiple times, but no one answers, and I cannot reach them in any way. I had experienced a similar delay before, but this is the first time I have encountered such a long and uncommunicative process. I am requesting that my refund be deposited into my account as soon as possible and that I receive a clear update regarding my return.
