Warranty Rejected After Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Front Detached Rapidly

On August 16, 2023, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from the Boyner store in Balikesir. Despite having worn the shoes perhaps 7-8 times since the purchase, the front part of the right shoe, where the plastic meets the shoe, has detached. Considering the substantial cost of nearly ₺3000, this is deeply disappointing.

Taking action, on October 28, 2023, approximately two months later, I lodged a complaint at the store where the shoes were examined. To my dismay, on November 8, 2023, I was informed that the issue was deemed external and hence classified as user error. Not only did the examination take an unnecessarily long time, but the shoes were also left in their storage for 11 days, appearing to have been worn or interfered with, with the laces undone (I can tell from my lacing style). I find both their failure to ensure customer satisfaction and their seemingly unhygienic practices inappropriate for both the store and the brand.

Having opened a case through TUBİS, despite requests for their defense, there has been no response. Despite clear evidence that the shoes were not mistreated by the user, they continue to complicate the situation. I urgently seek support in resolving this matter.
