Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Deformity and Denied Warranty Claim

Dear Tommy Hilfiger and Boyner Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes I purchased from Boyner's online store on October 7, 2023 (order number 1025171266).
After a few months of regular use, the shoes developed a noticeable deformity on both the left and right sides, indicating a manufacturing defect rather than accidental damage or environmental exposure. The identical pattern of deformation on both sides strongly suggests an inherent flaw in the product.
Despite sending the shoes for warranty repair, my claim was denied, and the shoes were returned with the explanation that the issue was due to user error. This decision is not only unjustified but also a blatant disregard for my consumer rights.
If a product falls under warranty and its return or exchange is deemed ineligible, it should at least be repaired and returned to the customer. I have never experienced such a defect in any footwear I have purchased.
