I Face Sole Cracking on Tommy Hilfiger Sneakers After Light Use

On April 20, 2024, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Sneak shoes (material code: 5003118366002) from the Boyner store at Marmara Park in Istanbul, paying ₺3,499. I only wore the shoes to work for daily use, never for sports or on rough surfaces. While cleaning them, I noticed a horizontal crack on the sole of both shoes. Other than this, there were no issues, and I discovered the defect completely by coincidence.
During the same purchase, I also bought shoes from another brand and have never experienced such a problem with those or any other shoes I’ve owned. I brought the defective product back to the Boyner Marmara Park store and requested a return. After about a month of inspection, I received a rejection, stating that the damage was caused by external factors. However, the shoes were used only for everyday wear, and I’m certain there was no misuse. This is clearly a material defect, not user-related damage. I find it unfair that quality issues are consistently blamed on customers.
I am requesting a full refund of the purchase amount.
