My Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Deformed Rapidly

December 7, 2023 2:49 PM106

Approximately four months ago, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger snekars shoes from the Karsiyaka Hilltown store for ₺2358.13. As clearly seen in the photos, the interior lining of both shoes, especially in the heel area, has completely deformed. Additionally, cracks have formed on the outer leather. When I visited Boyner store, they sent the shoes for warranty inspection. However, Tommy Hilfiger concluded that the issues were due to user error rather than faults on their part, leading to the denial of my return.

What baffles me is, as a user, how did I cause the leather to crack and the insoles to deform to the point of being returned as a user error? This is not the quality I expected from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger.
