Tommy Hilfiger Turned Down My Bikini Return

I just got my Tommy Hilfiger bikini bottom from Boyner Online, and I was disappointed to see that it didn't have a hygiene strip and was poorly packaged in a plain plastic bag.
When I tried to return the product at the Boyner Cepa store in Ankara, they told me they couldn't accept it because it's a hygienic item. When I mentioned that I received the product without a hygiene strip, they suggested calling the customer service hotline to deal with the problem.
I'm really disappointed that Tommy Hilfiger would send a product without proper hygiene measures. Boyner is definitely to blame for not checking the quality properly. No woman would want to try or use a product that doesn't meet hygiene standards.
I hope the people in charge at Boyner can figure out a solution to this problem.
