Tommy Hilfiger Iconic Camera Bag Peeling After Minimal Use

I purchased the Tommy Hilfiger Iconic Camera Bag from Boyner one year ago, and despite using it only 5-6 times, the bag has started peeling and flaking, particularly at the stitching areas. I sent it to Boyner for inspection, but I doubt they even reviewed it properly since the inspection note was incorrect, and the claim was rejected without valid reasoning.

For a bag that now costs ₺5,200, it’s unacceptable for it to deteriorate so quickly. Even worse, Boyner’s dismissive response, telling me to take the issue to the Consumer Court, showed no regard for customer satisfaction. A friend who owns the same bag has experienced the exact same peeling issue, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect. I demand Tommy Hilfiger and Boyner address this issue immediately and provide a replacement or refund. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
