Tommy Hilfiger Bag Deteriorated Quickly — Warranty Claim Rejected

I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger shoulder bag from the Boyner app in May. Even though I barely used the bag, it has already started to show signs of wear and deterioration. I went to the Boyner store in Trabzon and had the product sent in for inspection, but Tommy Hilfiger refused to accept the return.
I clearly stated that the damage was not caused by misuse, yet they insisted otherwise. I strongly believe that the defect originated from the manufacturer, as I have used the bag no more than five times in total.
I request that my complaint be re-evaluated, and that I either receive a replacement bag or a full refund for this faulty product.
