Tommy Hilfiger Rejected My Price Match Request On Black Friday
On November 11, 2023, I made a purchase at the Armada Tommy Hilfiger store. While shopping, I inquired about upcoming Black Friday or November discounts from the staff. They assured me, 'Tommy Hilfiger won't be offering these discounts; we don't participate in such campaigns.' Trusting this as reliable information, I completed my purchase. Upon reaching home, I removed the labels from the products. A few days later, I discovered that the items I bought were being sold online at a 25% discount.
Upon contacting the store, they claimed they couldn't assist me since the labels were removed, citing it as their procedure. They offered no help whatsoever, even though the items were unused and in perfect condition. They not only misinformed me but also refused even a minor form of assistance. I want to emphasize that I'll be escalating this matter to Consumer Rights for further resolution.
