Tommy Hilfiger Men's Jacket Shedding Complaint

I purchased a men's jacket from the Tommy Hilfiger store at Tuzla Viaport Marina on May 4, 2024. Upon the first wear, the jacket shed a significant amount of lint, leaving dark clothing covered in annoying fuzz. When I returned it to the store on May 4, 2024, the staff acknowledged the shedding issue with these jackets and sent the product for inspection. On May 22, 2024, I was informed that the inspection yielded negative results. I am requesting a refund for this product, as experiencing shedding after a single wear within one month indicates a defective item. The store staff admitted to issues with men's jackets, so it's contradictory for them to conclude that the inspected item is not faulty. I seek a resolution to address my grievances.
