Tommy Hilfiger Online Order Delivery and Refund Issue




I bought some Tommy Hilfiger stuff online on November 28, 2023, and paid $36.34. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my products to arrive and I haven't received a refund for my loss yet. I've sent in my applications, but the responses I've received haven't been what I was hoping for. So, they went ahead and sent me the wrong product. Then, they assured me that my orders would be shipped. The most recent message I received suggested that they would only cover 20% of the damages, but I never agreed to that. I expect either my products to be shipped or to be compensated for the damages. I can't wrap my head around the idea that Tommy Hilfiger would be involved in any kind of scamming through remote sales, but something about the situation just doesn't sit right with me. I'm sharing my correspondence to expose this scam. If a customer pays for an item and it doesn't arrive, that's considered fraudulent. Right now, I'm having trouble getting in touch with the site. It's like there's some kind of block preventing me from communicating with them.
