For years, I've been a regular shopper at Calzedonia Armada store, but I recently encountered unethical treatment. In the new season (Spring-Summer 2024), after trying on a pair of pants and several other items, I purchased them on 02.05.2024. However, before payment, I noticed a stain on the right back side of the pants and informed both the store manager and the staff. They assured me they would replace the item with a new one. On 04.05.2024, the sales representative called me to inform that the pants had arrived and were ready for pickup. When I went to collect the pants on 09.05.2024, the store manager searched for them for a while. Despite searching almost everywhere in the store, they couldn't find them. Finally, they retrieved the pants from a drawer, put them in a bag, and handed them to me.
Two days later, on 11.05.2024, when I tried to wear the pants, I realized that the item had not actually been replaced, and the stained part had been wiped and given to me. I'm attaching photos as evidence. Upon noticing this, I called the store immediately. The store manager claimed that no one would knowingly and willingly do such a thing. On the same day, when I tried to return the pants and other items, the store manager took the bag from me, took out the pants without inspecting them, and set them aside. When I asked why they weren't checking the wiped area, they simply acknowledged and completed the return process. As I left the store, I overheard the store manager apologizing. I reported this situation to both Calzedonia Turkey ([email protected]) and Calzedonia Italy ([email protected]).
