Discolored New Tommy Hilfiger T-Shirt

On August 19, 2023, I purchased three t-shirts from the Tommy Hilfiger outlet store in Soke. I reside in Aydın. To my dismay, one of the t-shirts bled color after the first wash. Additionally, we later noticed a tear at the lower hem. On September 29, 2023, we visited your store, explained the situation, and persistently requested an exchange, but our plea was denied. The product was sent for inspection, and the store conveyed a negative result. They assured us of a resend, but as of November 29, 2023—two months later—I haven't received the t-shirt, nor have I been able to reach anyone.
As the weather has cooled down, and considering the economic circumstances, we purchased the product with the intention of wearing it. I kindly request a resolution to the issue with the shipping and invoice numbers as follows: Invoice No: 53841, Receipt No: 0073. If I cannot get through, I will resort to filing a complaint with the Arbitration Board.

Are you kidding me? I'm getting a second rejection from the store, and the customer service representative says I can go wherever I want, specifically mentioning it in a note. The money I gave you came back to bite you.
