Hello, I purchased several houses from Toca Boca for my daughter, but unfortunately, all of the houses disappeared from the game three months ago. Despite reaching out to your official Instagram page and receiving a brief response, no action has been taken to restore our purchased content. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable.

We paid real money for these houses, and it is simply unfair for them to disappear without explanation or compensation. My daughter enjoyed the game immensely, and now she feels very disappointed because her creative efforts and our financial investment have been lost. As a parent, I feel cheated and disrespected.
