I purchased and played the Toca Boca World game with great enthusiasm, and I spent a significant amount of time designing houses, collecting gifts, and customizing my characters. However, after the recent update, all of my progress—including the new locations and items—suddenly disappeared. Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to restore them.
This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue, but I chose not to complain previously, hoping it wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, this time I lost even more valuable progress and paid content. I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed because I invested both my time and my money into this game. Losing everything like this has negatively impacted my gaming experience and caused emotional distress.
I kindly request that my lost houses, gifts, and characters be fully restored. If necessary, I am willing to provide proof of purchase and screenshots of my previous progress. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can continue enjoying the game without further frustration.
