Toca Boca Keeps Deleting My Saved Games & Purchased Items

I keep experiencing a recurring issue in Toca Boca—every time I save my game, it disappears after an hour when I log back in. I have to rearrange everything from scratch, which is incredibly frustrating.

Additionally, the gifts I receive in the game vanish, and even worse, the furniture and items from the houses I purchased are gone. I spent money on premium content, yet my purchases are being erased for no reason.

I need immediate support and an explanation for this issue. Why is my progress and purchased content disappearing? Toca Boca must fix this problem and restore lost items so players don’t keep losing what they paid for!
