I am beyond frustrated with Toca Boca! Every time I log into the game, it crashes and kicks me out. The worst part? All the items I purchased with real money are gone!
I spend time building my house, customizing my characters, and decorating everything, but when I log back in the next day, everything has disappeared—my house, my furniture, and my characters are completely wiped out.
I demand that all my lost items and purchases be restored immediately. If this issue isn’t fixed, I will tell all my friends and family to file complaints against Toca Boca. I am tired of this happening over and over again!
