I Bought a House in Toca Life World But Can’t Access It in the Game

I purchased a house in Toca Life World for ₺129 because my daughter really wanted it, but we still can’t access it in the game. It doesn’t show up, there’s no "+" sign, and the house simply doesn’t appear—we can't build or enter it at all. I even tried restoring previous purchases, but that didn’t help either.

We spent real money on this feature, and now it feels like we've been completely ignored. My child is upset, and I’m left frustrated with no response or support.

Toca Boca, please look into this issue and either unlock the house we paid for or refund the ₺129 immediately. This is not the kind of user experience anyone should go through—especially when kids are involved.
