I Face Discomfort and No Return Response on North Face Shoes

On April 13, 2025, I purchased a pair of North Face shoes from Samuray Sport for ₺5.362. While the shoes felt fine in the store, when I wore them at home, I experienced discomfort within just 30 minutes—specifically, severe pressure on my toes.

I returned to the store to request a refund. The assistant manager called someone for approval and, during the call, openly said, “We exchange products, but the person inspecting them scolds us and deducts it from our salary.” Later, the store manager claimed, “I have a conscience; I cannot exchange this product,” refusing to take responsibility.

I explained repeatedly that I could not wear the shoes due to the overly stiff upper material causing extreme discomfort, but they insisted there was nothing they could do. Eventually, after much insistence, they reluctantly created a product inspection request on April 13, 2025.

Despite the standard 30-day response period, it is now June, and I still have not received any update regarding the inspection. This delay is unacceptable and has left me financially and emotionally distressed.

I explicitly request a full refund or replacement for the defective North Face shoes and a formal explanation for the delay in processing my complaint.
