If The North Face won't let you return something even though you've met all of their requirements, check their website to see if you can find their return policy there.
Make sure you started the return within the time limit and followed all the rules, such as keeping the original package and showing proof of purchase.
Next, get in touch with their customer service. This number can be called from the U.S. at 1-888-863-1968 or from the U.K. at 0800 328 0012.
You can also use their online contact form to get in touch. Give your order number, information on how to track your package, and any other paperwork that has to do with your return request.
Filing a complaint on Xolvie is the next step if customer service doesn't solve the problem.
