I Face Rejected Return Request on Unused North Face Shoes Within Legal Period
On June 1, 2025, I purchased two pairs of shoes from The North Face Bakırköy Capacity store. When I tried to return them on June 5, 2025—without having used them at all—the store refused to process my return.
Despite the clear consumer right of a 14-day return and 30-day exchange period, the store staff falsely claimed that they do not offer such a return policy. According to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law, I have the right to return unused products within 14 days without providing any justification.
This experience has caused both financial stress and emotional frustration, as I purchased in good faith but was denied my legal rights. I explicitly request the full refund of both pairs of unused shoes in accordance with the applicable consumer law.
