Today, $9 was charged from my Enpara card as a subscription fee without my knowledge or approval. The transaction appears on my statement as “Drama Wave Dram.” I noticed this charge even though I never started any membership or subscription with this service.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Enpara customer service, and they told me that I needed to cancel my card for security reasons. However, I am requesting a refund of the $9 that was charged without my permission. I also want this transaction to be thoroughly investigated, including contacting the relevant company if necessary, and for the amount taken from my account to be returned to me as soon as possible.
Additionally, I request that a security review of my card be conducted and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized charges from happening again.
