Under Armour Denied My Return Claiming Dirty Soles After 10-Minute Use
On September 28, 2025, I purchased a pair of Under Armour shoes (Product Code: Art3028512-103) from the Under Armour store at İzmir Optimum Mall. After buying the shoes, I wore them outside for about 10 minutes just to test their comfort. Shortly afterward, I decided to exchange them. However, the store staff refused to accept the return, claiming that the soles were dirty.
Even though I went back with the receipt in hand, they refused to process the exchange. I purchased the shoes using my credit card in installments, and I only wore them briefly for testing. It’s extremely disappointing that Under Armour does not allow exchanges under these conditions, especially when other, less expensive brands are more accommodating.
I request that my product be exchanged as soon as possible.
