Title I Report The North Face Shoes: Extreme Sweating, Denied Refund

On June 23, 2025, I purchased The North Face outdoor shoes from the Zagna store for ₺5999. Despite very limited use, these shoes cause excessive foot sweating, creating significant discomfort and health concerns. Before purchasing, I explicitly emphasized my sensitivity to foot sweating and stated I would return the shoes if this became an issue. The salesperson assured me, "If it causes sweating, definitely bring the shoes back."

Twenty-five days later, on June 24, 2025, I returned the shoes to the store. To my dismay, I was informed that The North Face would not send the ₺500 for a refund and that there was "no solution" for my problem, despite the shoes still being under installment payments. When I pressed for a solution, the salesperson reluctantly took the shoes and filled out a form, but immediately stated it would take 1 to 1.5 months for a response and that the outcome would likely be a rejection. This salesperson, who boasted 1.5 years of experience and was polite during the sale, became dismissive upon my return. Instead of a solution-oriented approach, I was met with a predetermined rejection, which is unpleasant and unbefitting of this brand. My contact number is 0505***6308.
