Documents that were sent to me from the Netherlands through PostNL have still not been delivered, even though two weeks have passed. Because of this delay, two of my appointments with the Dutch Consulate have already been missed.
I kindly request that my shipment be urgently located and the delivery process expedited, as these documents are extremely important for my consular application. If the issue is not resolved and my documents are not delivered promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to CİMER and other relevant authorities.
