I Face Stitching Damage on Salomon Supercross 4 GTX Shoes After 20 Days of Use

I purchased a pair of Salomon Supercross 4 GTX shoes from The North Face store at Ankara Optimum Mall. I’ve used the shoes for only about 20 days, but despite such short and careful use, the stitches on the side of the shoes started to come apart. The issue is becoming more noticeable with every wear, which is very disappointing for a product of this supposed quality.

After noticing the problem, I contacted the store and filled out a complaint form, but my request was rejected. However, the product has a two-year warranty, and I paid a total of ₺5,950.

I request that the defective shoes be replaced or refunded. I ask Salomon and The North Face to take responsibility for this quality issue and resolve my complaint promptly.
