Temu and PostNL Returned My €88.59 Order Without Trying to Deliver
On September 23, I placed an order through Temu to be delivered to my address in Belgium. The order contained five items totaling €88.59 (Order No: PO-020-08928653921913468). The estimated delivery date was September 30. Even though I was home all day, the delivery company PostNL never came to my address, never contacted me, and the package was not delivered. Despite this, the system marked the shipment as “incorrect address” and the items were sent back.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Temu multiple times. However, the only response I received was “The items will be returned, we will refund your money, please wait.” Even though I asked for the products to be shipped again, no solution was offered. They only suggested a refund, which they said could take 5–30 business days. My address information is completely correct, yet my issue has not been resolved. PostNL also stated that they will not attempt delivery again.
I want to receive the products I ordered, and I do not want to deal with a refund process. I have already lost time and cannot find anyone willing to resolve the problem. I request that my issue be resolved urgently and that my products be reshipped to me.
