Tandem Keeps Charging My Card After I Canceled My Subscription

Even though I canceled my language learning subscription in the Tandem app approximately one year ago through the application itself, the app has continued charging my card $2 every month without my permission. These charges did not stop even after the cancellation process was completed.

I contacted Tandem by email regarding this issue, and I was informed that my subscription had been canceled. Despite this confirmation, nearly one year has passed and subscription fees are still being deducted from my card every single month.

I demand that my subscription and all recurring charges to my card be stopped immediately. I also request a full refund of every payment that has been charged to my card since the date I originally canceled the subscription.
