Free Fire Wrongfully Suspended My Account Despite No Cheating

I am writing regarding the permanent ban of my Free Fire account, which I use via Google on a mobile device. My game UID is 4004440156 and I received a notice stating that abnormal activities were detected and that my account was suspended permanently for 365 days. I believe this ban is unfair. I have not engaged in cheating, hacking tools, illegal top-ups or any other prohibited activity. I have always used my account in a normal way just to play the game. I am not aware of any violation that would justify such a serious penalty. I have already tried to contact support about this issue, but my problem has not been resolved and my account remains banned. I have also attached a screenshot of the ban screen that appears when I try to log in. I kindly request that my Free Fire account linked to Google with UID 4004440156 be thoroughly reviewed and that the permanent ban be removed if no clear violation can be proven. I would like to continue using my account and the purchases and progress I have in this game.
