10 Minute English Charged Me for 2-Month Plan Despite Canceling Free Trial Early

I downloaded the 10 Minute English app specifically to try the 1-week free trial they offered. A few days into the trial—well before it ended—I canceled the subscription because I wasn’t satisfied with the app. Even though I followed the cancellation steps on time, the app still activated a 2-month membership and charged me ₺999. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I did everything right as a user, yet they still billed me for a service I didn’t want and clearly canceled in advance. I demand that 10 Minute English cancel this unauthorized subscription immediately and refund my ₺999. I expect a prompt resolution and will escalate this if necessary. This kind of behavior is deceptive and unfair.
