Konami ID Hacked and eFootball Account Data Lost

I am writing regarding a serious security problem with my Konami ID, which is mainly used for eFootball. On 27 September 2026 my email account was hacked, my phone was erased, and the hacker changed everything related to my Konami ID, including the email address. As a result, I lost access to my account and to my in‑game data. I attach screenshots showing Konami emails about changing the Konami ID email address with a verification code for the username “aaron882960”, changes which I did not request. Because of this incident I lost my eFootball team, including a team with a rating of 3209 that I had built over a long period of time. I contacted Konami support and explained the situation, but the answer I received was that they could not help me, which was very disappointing given that this is a clear case of my account being taken over by a third party. I request that my hacked Konami ID be investigated again and that my eFootball data, including my 3209‑rated team and all related progress, be restored to me if technically possible. I also ask for clear information on what additional verification you need from me so that the rightful owner can regain control of the account.
