Sürat Kargo Manager Yelled at Me and Refused to Deliver My Package
The person named F*** I***, who claims to be the manager of the Sürat Kargo Gebze Köşklüçeşme branch, started shouting over the phone in an extremely inappropriate manner when I called to get information about my delivery. He used offensive language and displayed rude behavior. When I asked on 10.10.2024 why my package, which arrived at the branch on 09.10.2024 at 10:22, hadn’t been sent out for delivery, he said they have the right to hold it for 5 days if they want and would send it out whenever they felt like it, adding that it wasn't my concern. Since they weren’t going to deliver it, I went to pick it up and had to wait 23 minutes for them to find it. On top of that, they had no clue where it was. When I asked if they hadn’t found it, the staff and the manager rudely responded, "Where we put it is none of your business." Then, without shame, they said, "If it was urgent, you should have come and picked it up yesterday." I’m paying ₺220 for this small package, and they don’t even bother delivering it to my door. I have never encountered such irresponsibility and disrespect. I expect an apology from the branch manager for his words and behavior, and I believe his position should be reconsidered if he can't communicate with people. I should not have to deal with such disrespectful individuals.
