My Package Was Not Delivered - I Was Treated Rudely by Staff
On August 12, 2025, my package arrived at Sürat Kargo Pişmaniyeciler (İzmit Branch), and although it was sent out for delivery the next day, it was never delivered. Since no proper SMS or notification was sent to me, I had to track the entire process myself through their website. On August 14, 2025, the package was again sent out for delivery, and an employee named E*** T**** called me in the evening. When I told him I was at work and kindly asked him to take the package back, he shouted, insulted me, hung up the phone, and then blocked my number. I received no information about the whereabouts of my package, and later that evening I only got an SMS saying it was at the branch. When I went to the branch on August 19, I was told my package was out for delivery again, but I still received no updates. Another employee at the branch verbally told me it would be delivered that day, but once again it was not. On August 20, when I called the branch, the staff spoke to me rudely and failed to provide a clear explanation as to why my package was not delivered. As a result, on the evening of August 20, I had to go to the branch myself and pick it up. Throughout this entire process, I received no proper updates, and the staff’s behavior was extremely offensive. Even though I paid for delivery, I did not receive the service and was subjected to insults and mistreatment by the staff. I request an official apology from Sürat Kargo and disciplinary action to be taken against the responsible employees.
