Sürat Kargo Failed to Deliver My Trendyol Package and Used Rude Language

My product, purchased via Trendyol and handed over to Sürat Kargo on 19.10.2024, has still not been delivered to me. After reporting my complaint to the headquarters, my family members contacted the Sürat Kargo Kanarya branch. They were met with rude and unprofessional responses such as, "Don't you understand?" and "I don't have a car, I can't bring it." They were even told, "Come and pick it up yourself!" 

This kind of language is disrespectful and completely unacceptable from a professional service provider. No resolution was offered despite contacting the headquarters again to report this issue. To make matters worse, today, another package was left at a nearby stationery store without my consent, followed by an SMS stating, "I left your package at the stationery store; you can pick it up from there." At no point did I request such a service. If I had, I would understand the decision to leave the package there. How can a courier send a message to my phone, directing me to pick up my package from another location, without my approval?

When I called the headquarters to report this again, I was told, "The courier hasn’t marked it as delivered yet, so we cannot take any action." As a result, one of my family members, who is 65 years old, had to go to the stationery store to retrieve the package. 

I have been dealing with various courier companies and branches for a long time, and I have never experienced such incidents—particularly the rude conversations and unhelpful personnel involved here. While I hold little hope for this mess being resolved, I want to make it clear that I will pursue my rights on all relevant platforms if necessary. Best regards.
